Placing an Order
You can use our search engine and shopping cart. You can as well email your order to us (sales@jablonex.us), or fax it (212-683-8516).

Minimum Order
Our minimum order is $ 100.00.
Following are approximate minimum quantities:
Rhinestone Rondelles, Squardelles, Balls, Buckles, Buttons 1 gross
Stones in Setting, Rosemontees, Flat Back Stones, Hot Fix Stones 10 gross
Rhinestone Banding, Rhinestone Chain 12 yards (one spool)
Exact minimum quantities are shown next to each individual item.
We do not break packages. The increment is a number of the units in the package. For example, bandings come 12 yards per spool, Rosemontees come 10 gross per package etc.
The increment number is shown as well next to each individual item.
Pricing Information
Prices and inventory are subject to change on a daily basis. We honor published prices once your order is submitted via our shopping cart or faxed/emailed order is confirmed.

Product Specification
Some slight variation of color and finish is inevitable due to technical and environmental reasons. Some production factors affecting the color shade such as humidity and temperature cannot be fully controlled. Slight variations in color there need to be tolerated

There is a charge of $ 9.00 for each box in addition to the regular shipping charge for a C.O.D. shipment.

We offer 30 days net credit terms on approval. Fill out a credit application (
download here) and fax it to 212-683-8516 for processing.
Handling Fee
There is no handling fee or any other hidden charges. We charge only for the merchandise, shipping and optional insurance.
Sales Tax Information
We sell wholesale only. Please provide us with your re-sale number when placing your first order.
Shipping
Orders placed before 2 PM EST which can be filled from stock ship the same day.
We ship by UPS Ground unless requested otherwise. We charge the same shipping rates as we get charged by the carrier. The total shipping charge will appear at the bottom of your final invoice.
Depending on your location UPS Ground can take up to 10 days. You may consider as well UPS 3 day service or UPS overnight service. To track your shipment click here:
Insurance
We do not insure our shipments unless customer requires us to do so. The title to the goods is transferred at a moment of shipment pickup by the carrier at our facility. The risk of loss of shipment in transit thus rests fully with the customer.
We will insure the shipment at your request. We will charge the same insurance rate we get charged by the carrier.
Back Orders
Items not received are NOT on back order list. You may consider placing a production order for items that are not in stock.
Production Orders
Items that are not in stock can be ordered in production. Typical delivery time is 6 to 8 weeks. We will confirm the price and delivery time upon the receipt of your order. A 50% deposit is requested for all production orders.
International Customers
We accept credit cards. We also accept wire transfers. Email us for our bank information.
Your shipment will be sent via a carrier of your choice, either pre-paid or with your account number. We will not be responsible for customs duty or any other taxes in the recipient country.
Please allow for longer transit time. Both the distance and customs clearance can prolong the transit time by several days.
Returns
All returns must be authorized. Please call us for return authorization number. Returns are accepted for refund or in-house credit only if returned to us within 10 days of the receipt. Items need to be in original packages and condition.
When returning merchandise provide the following information:

Privacy Policy
JABLONEX USA is concerned about customers privacy, safety and security. We have policies in place that ensure customer information is safe and the transaction process is secure.
We never make our customer list available to any third party.
Proposition 65
Our products contain lead, a substance commonly used in both glass and metal component manufacturing. Customers selling our products in the states where public warnings are required should familiarize themselves with the particular warning requirements of those states to ensure that they are not in violation of local statues. Especially they should ensure that their product packaging meets all states disclosure requirements. We will be in no way liable for customers failure to meet states disclosure and labeling requirements.
Attention California Residents:
Consuming foods or beverages that have been kept or served in crystal leaded products or handling products made of leaded crystal will expose you to lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.
Liability Disclaimer
In no event will JABLONEX USA, Inc. Be liable to the customer for lost contracts or any special indirect, incidental or consequential damages in any way arising out of the use or inability to use the goods, nonconformance of the goods or the shipment, delay or any alleged breach, however caused, under a claim of any type or nature, based on any theory of liability (including contract, tort or warranty), even if the possibility of such damages has been communicated to JABLONEX USA.
